Shipping Policy

24-72 HOUR DISPATCH We dispatch orders within 2 to 4 days. Since we make our products in smaller batches to ensure craft quality, most products are dispatched within 24 to 72 hours of placing an order (and mostly sooner!).

3-7 DAYS DELIVERY Orders usually take 3 to 7 working days to reach all metros and Tier-I cities after dispatch. However, delivery to certain remote pin codes may take a little longer. In case of any unexpected delays, please write to us at support@oneeightone.in.

ORDER TRACKING As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and details. You can track your package in real-time using our tracking link in the navigation menu.
